What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
User Provided Information
The Application may collect the information you supply when you download and use the Application. The Application does not require registration, and you can use all main features without providing personal information.
However, you may choose to provide information such as:
- Household task details
- Custom reminders
- Notes or categories related to cleaning
This information remains on your device and is not uploaded or stored by the Service Provider.
The Service Provider does not use any personal information to contact users for marketing purposes.
Automatically Collected Information
The Application may automatically collect certain non-personal data, including but not limited to:
- Type of mobile device used
- Operating system version
- Anonymous usage statistics
- Crash data
- Device identifiers used strictly for notification delivery (e.g., Firebase Cloud Messaging token)
This information is used only to improve app functionality, performance, and reliability.
No automatically collected information is used to personally identify the user.
Does the Application collect precise real-time location information?
No.
The Vaskmedmeg Application does not collect or use real-time location information.
Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?
Only aggregated and anonymized usage data may be shared with external analytics or crash-reporting services, such as:
- Firebase Analytics
- Firebase Crashlytics
- Firebase Cloud Messaging
These services help the Service Provider improve the Application and its performance.
The Service Provider may disclose information:
- If required by law (subpoena, legal process, etc.)
- When disclosure is necessary to protect rights, users, or comply with a request
- With trusted third-party service providers who follow the privacy rules outlined here
No personal user data is sold, rented, or shared for advertising purposes.
What are my opt-out rights?
You can stop all data collection by uninstalling the Application.
To uninstall, use the standard uninstall methods available on your device or the app marketplace.
Data Retention Policy & Managing Your Information
- User-provided information stored locally on the device remains only on the device and is removed when the Application is deleted.
- Automatically collected data (analytics, crash logs) may be retained for up to 24 months and then stored in aggregate.
If you wish to request deletion of any data stored through third-party services, you may send an email to Raresimon@gmail.com, and the Service Provider will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Children
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
The Application is not designed to attract children, and no personal data collection features target minors.
If you believe your child has provided personal information, please contact the Service Provider so appropriate action can be taken.
Security
The Service Provider is committed to safeguarding user data.
Security measures include:
- Limited access to necessary personnel only
- Use of secure third-party processors such as Firebase
- Standard encryption and data protection practices
Although reasonable safeguards are in place, no system can guarantee complete protection from unauthorized access.
